ALTERNATIVES TO SUICIDE GROUPS
These groups use the Alternatives to Suicide approach, developed by the Wildflower Alliance in 2009. Instead of focusing on risk assessment or behavior control, the model emphasizes authentic conversations about suicidal thoughts in a non-judgmental environment.
The goal is to break silence, reduce stigma, and create space for honesty and connection.
Meetings take place every 1st and 3rd Wednesday 7:00 PM Pacific Time / 10:00 PM Eastern Time
