We provide support for individuals dealing with the everyday challenges that life brings.
This is a evidence based program with demonstrated success, that allows participants to develop individual action plans which leads to changes in one's perception and empowers individuals to move forward in life.
We guide participants through the process of identifying issues and show them how to build action plans that are based on Hope, Personal Responsibility, Education. Self Advocacy and Support.
The Wellness Recovery Action Plan aka WRAP® is an individually developed wellness tool that encourages individuals to take personal responsibility for their lives and work toward developing a wellness-oriented lifestyle.
WRAP® has been demonstrated to be useful for dealing with other important life changes, and successfully accomplishing personal goals in one’s life including but not limited to:
- Turning Negative thoughts into Positive Ones
- Getting and Keeping a Strong Support
Participants can develop a separate WRAP® to deal with each of these issues or include everything in one WRAP®.
