Our mission, vision, and strategy are the driving forces that give us our purpose and direction. Program delivery and impact are the primary reasons for our existence. We have all the necessary mechanisms to achieve our organizational goals and it is our goal that not one person flounders or does not reach their full potential. Our lived experiences and willingness to serve others is the lubricant that keeps all parts of our organization aligned and moving.
We are constantly striving to improve our services by receiving constant feedback from the participants because they are the experts on what works and what does not work for them. Routine monitoring of program curriculum allows the audience a voice in the outcomes that help us in keeping our mission and strategy in line with current community needs.
Additionally, as part of our team environment and constant improvement mindset, we work closely with our partners and participants to receive feedback and advice. This is critical for the success or our program.
